Sand, stain, & finishing adds the finishing touch to a newly laid unfinished solid/engineered hardwood floor or renew an old/established wood floor. Heads Up Flooring utilizes a dust-free vacuum system that eliminates approximately 80% of the dust produced during the sanding process.

Our experienced finishers will sand your existing floors down to the bare wood. This will give you the opportunity to stain your floors a new color and give your home a whole new look, to

stain them the same color that they were or the leave them the natural color of the wood. We will then apply 3 coats of oil or 4-5 coats of water based Polyurethane (Satin, Semi-gloss, or Gloss) or Dull Rub for a matte finish. We are also experienced with Tung Oil.
